I had a rough night last night, mostly from the pain medicine I think. I haven't taken anything but liquid
Tylenol and I'm feeling okay now. A little gassy and sore in incisions, but today is much better than last night. I told my husband if these little
incisions hurt this much, I'll never get a tummy tuck or a boob job. I'm trying to drink some protein shake right now, but it's not sitting well. I'm going for a lovely cup of broth now. Take care and thanks for all of your support. I'll write more later.

Sorry to hear you had a rough night. I'm glad the Tylenol is working fine - hopefully that helps tonight, too and you can avoid the pain meds. I was wondering how the incisions really feel. I had a boob job (on one breast) about 14 years ago now and the incision was never bad. The worst thing about the boob job was waking up from surgery.
Enjoy your broth and take it easy!
Glad to hear from you! Sorry it was a rough night. Each night should get better and better!!
The day of surgery and day after were the worst for me. By the third day I was feeling better and by the fourth, practically no pain at all. You'll get there!
Sorry to hear you had a rough first night.I hear it gets easier a few days out.
You're on your way - you will be feeling better than ever in no time!
The first couple of days are the worst...and I have had big surgeries and small..they all hurt bad the first couple of days. I think it is more about the internal trauma than the size of the skin opening.
Keep the drugs flowing and get plenty of rest. Hope the worst of it passes quickly.
The 3rd day was also the worst for me. Once the swelling goes down, you will be better able to get protien drinks down, too. Heating pads help with any gas pain you might be feeling (or might develop). Good luck to you! :)
Its day 2 for me too, I had a bad night, not really too much pain but just uncomfortable. Hope that you get a better night's sleep tonight.
Day 2 for me too!!! Well done on getting though it all. I am so surprised that I am not hungary at all triyng hard to keep the fluids up. Wishing you a good night sleep!
K xx
Day 2 and 3 were the toughest for me. Day 2 I felt really sore from the incisions but by 4 it had subsided significantly. Get lots of rest and continue to heal.
Take care.
Don't worry about the rough night, it will be all better soon. I wasn't well after surgery but after a week everything was all better. Make sure you get a good rest.
By next week you should be over the worst...rest while you can
Day 4 was a big turning point for me. You are almost there!!
