A vicious cycle...

I'm caught in one. I am. I don't know what I need to do to adjust my attitude. I'm glad that I feel good and that I feel pretty comfortable right now. But, seriously...this is not where I want to stop with my weight loss. At least part of me does not, evidently part of me does. How do I reconcile these two parts so that they jive again. I'm mentally blocked.

In other news, I'm about to get on a bus to go to my son's high school football play off game, about 4.5 hours away. With a bunch of other crazy parents. This will be my first time to go on the bus. Wish me luck.

I'm going to blog more next week, as I think my general lack of commitment is spilling in to all areas of my life. My housework is not as it usually is, my pre-planning in all areas, is lacking. Maybe I need shock treatment. Anyway...happy Friday, I'll be in touch next week.

Big Hugs,
T

I had that funk and it lasted two months. I don't know what caused it and I don't know why it lasted as long as it did. But finally I just got sick of it and kept forcing myself to make goals and make plans and eat right and so on. And I did, have to force myself. That went on for two weeks and finally this week I feel 'normal' again.

I have been on the bus with band parents (for band competitions) many times, and if football parents are anything like band parents.....then I you need more than luck...you may need a small unmarked bottle hidden in your purse :)

I think many of us are funked :) Fall is not a good time and then add in feeling half way good about where you are weight wise and it is a recipe for cycling.

I am trying to get all organized and take my damn vitamins...maybe some vitamins would help you? When I get my funk-solved I will let you know :)

Have a terrific time at the game, I agree with Barbara you have to go back to the beginning and I know if you do you will see movement! Love you

You know I think as long as we are aware that we aren't on track and we are concerned we can at least take small steps to get back on track.

Try to change one or two small things in the right direction and go from there.
