Today is Monday and it's a beautiful day. I'm feeling really good today, feeling in control of my food choices. I went to a bachelorette party this weekend for one of my girlfriends and had a really great time. There was lots of food there, but I only had a little, of course I was over-served on the wine, but hey I am only human. I did manage to avoid some of the sweet shots they were requiring everyone to drink, I covertly filled my shot glass with wine and just shot little sips of wine. I was feeling quite clever. I got a lot of comments from my girlfriends saying that they could tell I lost weight. That made me feel really good. I also managed to walk or go to the gym everyday last week. So, all in all things are going very well. I was shocked this morning to see I have 81 followers, that's amazing. Thank you guys. I'd like to follow you too, if you have a blog. Sounds like things are going well, which I am so glad to hear. It is so exciting to think that I'll be meeting you in September. It's crazy to think I'll finally be banded when I meet everybody, but a good crazy. Hopefully seeing how successful everybody is with the band - including YOU - will get me super motivated and I'll be Super Bandgirl and everyone will be watching my blog in amazement as the weight just melts off me.
